Digilite /Project Manager Mid

Digilite is looking for a proactive Mid/Mid+ Project Manager to join its Yerevan team. The role is focused on managing digital projects from planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating with global clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and technical feasibility.
- Create detailed project plans and track progress.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report project updates and escalate issues to management when needed.
- Identify opportunities to use AI tools and automation in project delivery.
- Manage project risks and maintain full project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between design, development, marketing teams, and global clients.
Պահանջներ
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience in a digital agency or tech environment is preferred.
- Proven experience managing web and mobile application development projects.
- Understanding of SDLC and web technologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools, LLM integrations, OpenAI API, Claude, Make, or Zapier is a strong plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
