Omilia is hiring a Salesforce and Revenue Operations Specialist Administrator to join its Revenue Operations team. The role focuses on Salesforce administration, support, training, process improvement, and helping enhance the company’s RevOps technology stack in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and PMO stakeholders.

- Administer and improve Salesforce on a day-to-day basis, implement configuration changes such as Flows, fields, Lightning pages, layouts, Products and Price Books, custom objects, approval processes, dashboards, and reports, manage users and permissions, maintain data quality and CRM hygiene, support testing and deployment, create training materials, and build KPI dashboards for leadership and business stakeholders.
Պահանջներ
- 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, experience with reports and dashboards, understanding of sharing and security settings, sandbox testing and deployment experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and preferably Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin certification. A degree in business, economics, technology, or a related field is also mentioned.
