• Arbitrate customer disputes in the P2P marketplace professionally and fairly.
• Investigate trading activity and take appropriate actions to keep the marketplace safe.
• Help prevent fraudulent activity within P2P operations.
• Support customer service processes aligned with business goals and service quality standards.
• Use customer insights and root cause analysis to identify product and process improvements.
• Present feedback and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and peers.
• Act as the voice of the customer across the organization.
• Support feedback, coaching, and development processes when needed.
• Ensure customer and complainant surveys are carried out continuously.
• Share learnings from complaints across internal teams, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
• Strong IT skills for professional use.
• Ability to handle somewhat technical customer queries.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Experience as a Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
