Պարտականություններ
- Կառուցել և զարգացնել երկարաժամկետ հարաբերություններ հաճախորդների, գործընկերների կամ հիմնական account-ների հետ։
- Իրականացնել հաղորդակցություն, follow-up, բանակցություններ և ներկայացնել արտադրանքի կամ ծառայության արժեքը։
- Վերլուծել հաճախորդների կարիքները, կոմերցիոն ցուցանիշները, pipeline-ը և աճի հնարավորությունները։
- Համագործակցել marketing, product, operations, finance և customer success թիմերի հետ։
- Աջակցել KPI-ների կատարմանը, եկամտի աճին, retention-ին և գործընկերների որակյալ սպասարկմանը։
Պահանջներ
- Փորձ sales, account management, business development, partnerships կամ customer success ոլորտում։
- Բանակցությունների, վստահություն կառուցելու և կոմերցիոն նպատակների հետ աշխատելու հմտություններ։
- Վերլուծական մտածողություն, արդյունքներին ուղղված մոտեցում և KPI-ների հետ աշխատելու կարողություն։
