- Provide customer support via chat, email, or ticketing systems
- Assist customers with account, payment, and transaction inquiries
- Investigate issues and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to relevant internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow security, compliance, and operational procedures
- Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets
