Softswiss is an international iGaming software provider seeking a Junior Telegram Channel Manager to support community growth and engagement across Telegram channels. In this role, you will manage daily content, interact with community members, and support marketing initiatives while working closely with marketing and content teams in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.

- Manage and moderate Telegram channels on a daily basis
- Publish posts, announcements, and updates according to content plans
- Engage with community members and respond to inquiries
- Monitor discussions and enforce community guidelines
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams on campaigns
- Track basic engagement metrics and community feedback
- Support growth and engagement initiatives

- Interest in social media, community management, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Telegram and online communities
- Good written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
