LILT is looking for an Armenian AI Expert to support AI training and evaluation projects in a remote contractor role. The position focuses on reviewing prompts and AI-generated outputs, creating or assessing content, evaluating text and multimedia materials, applying Armenian cultural and linguistic context, and providing clear annotations to improve AI model quality.

- Evaluate prompts and AI-generated outputs.
- Generate original content or assess AI-created content depending on the task.
- Review and correct text based on project guidelines.
- Analyze audio, video, visual, and text-based materials.
- Apply Armenian language fluency and cultural context to evaluate tone, meaning, symbolism, and market fit.
- Identify issues such as translation errors, visual artifacts, inconsistent style, or cultural mismatches.
- Provide concise and structured annotations for AI model improvement.
- Follow evaluation guidelines consistently.
- Participate in calibration and QA processes when required.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across assigned tasks.

- Native fluency in Armenian.
- Strong command of English.
- Experience as an AI reviewer, annotator, evaluator, linguist, translator, editor, or content reviewer is preferred.
- Comfortable working with both text and audio/video materials.
- Ability to follow detailed guidelines accurately and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to categorize, review, and evaluate content thoroughly.
- Good written feedback and annotation skills.
- Understanding of Armenian cultural context, tone, and local communication standards.
- Ability to work independently as a remote contractor.
