Global Accelerator is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist in Yerevan, Armenia. The role focuses on lifecycle and retention marketing strategy, including forecasting, email and SMS planning, client communication, and revenue growth through lifecycle channels.

- Build lifecycle forecasts, manage retention strategy across email, SMS, direct mail, and related channels, analyze past campaigns and flows, align marketing calendars with clients, update forecasts against actual performance, implement best practices across retention tools, monitor active campaigns, run tests to improve performance, coordinate with designers, copywriters, growth strategists, and media buyers, and provide daily and weekly client updates.

- At least 2 years of hands-on email and SMS marketing experience, at least 2 years of retention marketing experience, strong English communication and presentation skills, data analysis ability, familiarity with Google Sheets, strong organization and prioritization skills, and the ability to work in a self-managed, high-accountability environment.
