Oyster is hiring a Global Payroll Analyst to optimize global payroll processes, analyze payroll data, support accurate and compliant payroll operations, identify discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Global Payroll Center of Excellence team.

- Optimize global payroll processes, analyze payroll data, ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, support compliance, identify discrepancies, and contribute to operational improvements within the payroll function.
Պահանջներ
- 3+ years of experience in payroll analysis or related payroll or finance roles, ability to analyze large datasets, advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, understanding of payroll tax laws and payroll compliance requirements, and strong attention to detail.
