Senior Product Manager, Gift Cart

Overview
Fundraise Up is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and growth of Gift Cart, a product that allows donors to support multiple causes in a single checkout experience. This role focuses on improving average gift size, multi-designation rate, adoption, payment correctness, ledger accuracy, risk posture, operability, and overall product growth for a global nonprofit fundraising platform.
Responsibilities
- Define the Gift Cart product strategy and translate it into a clear roadmap.
- Set product priorities and communicate the reasoning behind key decisions.
- Own the product area end-to-end, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Communicate regularly with customers and Customer Success Managers.
- Work with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Write clear engineering-ready specifications with detailed requirements and edge cases.
- Take features from idea to launch in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
- Track product health and growth metrics such as conversion, average gift size, and error rates.
- Understand what drives product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare Customer Success and Sales teams for product launches.
- Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, risks, and changes in plans.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, specifications, communication, and product work.
- Maintain strong focus on checkout quality, payment correctness, donor experience, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Strong experience owning a product area end-to-end.
- Ability to take responsibility for outcomes, not only assigned tasks.
- Ability to build a 12–24 month product strategy and roadmap.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing funnels and growth opportunities.
- Ability to write clear product specifications that engineers can build from.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to understand dependencies across a complex product ecosystem.
- Strong UX sensibility and ability to advocate for high-quality user experience.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, Customer Success, Sales, and business stakeholders.
- Meaningful day-to-day experience using AI tools in professional workflows.
- English fluency at C1 level is required.
- Experience in e-commerce or products with multi-step checkout flows is a plus.
- Experience working with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising products is a plus.
- Experience with payment flows or financial products is a plus.
