Responsibilities

Provide customer support via chat, email, and ticketing systems
Assist users with platform usage, subscriptions, and basic technical issues
Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions
Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams
Document customer interactions accurately in support systems
Maintain high customer satisfaction and response quality

Requirements

Experience in customer support or customer care roles (SaaS is a plus)
