INFUSE /Enterprise Account Director
Overview
INFUSE is looking for a strategic and results-driven Enterprise Account Director to develop and expand revenue opportunities. This role focuses on managing key enterprise accounts, building new business pipelines, consultative selling, closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain a new business sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities through existing accounts and prospecting activities.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect engagement to contract management.
- Manage and consult across key enterprise accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and expand revenue opportunities.
- Create pipeline opportunities and close new business.
- Accurately manage pipeline activity to support revenue forecasting.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Use consultative selling methods within demand generation solutions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as an Account Director or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in demand generation consultative selling.
- Proven track record of winning and retaining key accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset.
- Positive team-player attitude with enthusiasm and passion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
