TUMO Center for Creative Technologies /Account Manager
Overview
TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is looking for an experienced Account Manager to support the long-term success of its international partners and franchise accounts. The role focuses on partner relationship management, operational follow-up, communication with international stakeholders, account growth, and ensuring that TUMO’s standards, mission, and educational model are successfully represented across global partner locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage long-term relationships with TUMO’s international partners and franchise accounts.
- Act as a key point of contact between TUMO HQ and assigned partner centers.
- Support partner success after launch and during ongoing operations.
- Coordinate communication between partners and internal TUMO teams.
- Track account needs, operational requests, and follow-up actions.
- Help ensure that TUMO’s educational model and standards are properly represented.
- Support international partnership growth and account development.
- Prepare updates, reports, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
- Travel regularly when needed to work with partners in person and remotely.
Requirements
- Experience in account management, partner management, project management, or international operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with international partners and cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle partner needs professionally.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Interest in education, technology, youth development, and international expansion.
- Willingness to travel regularly when required.
