Overview

10Web is seeking a Mid-Level Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Yerevan. In this role, you will provide professional support to customers, handle inquiries and issues via phone, email, or other communication channels, and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in representing the company’s brand and helping users get the most value from our AI-powered platform.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and guidance about 10Web products and services.
Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems when needed.
Document customer interactions in the support system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer support or call center environment (Mid level).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems and manage multiple requests.
Basic technical understanding of web products and SaaS support.
Fluency in English and local language is preferred.
