VBET /Payment Risk Associate
Overview
VBET is looking for a Payment Risk Associate to join its Risk Management team. The role focuses on reviewing customer betting and payment activity, monitoring transactions, identifying potential risk exposure, supporting compliance and anti-fraud processes, and helping maintain a safe and secure payment environment.
Responsibilities
- Review customer betting history and payment activity.
- Examine customer account history and provide recommendations to the team lead.
- Analyze and monitor transactions to identify potential risks, threats, or vulnerabilities.
- Support risk control processes and best practices.
- Assist with regulatory and risk management compliance requirements.
- Investigate risk-related incidents and prepare detailed reports.
- Use data analytics tools to track key risk indicators.
- Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
- Review and complete assigned inquiries and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment, fraud prevention, compliance, or related fields.
- Experience in gaming, payments, or financial sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, anti-fraud measures, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify trends, assess risks, and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work rotating morning, evening, and night shifts.
