TUMO Center for Creative Technologies /Sales & Marketing Specialist
Overview
11+1 by TUMO is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to support and grow its sales and marketing activities. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing marketing campaigns and social media platforms, building partnerships, increasing occupancy, and supporting revenue growth through B2B and B2C sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, NGOs, and group organizers.
- Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries through email, phone, and meetings.
- Promote accommodation, group bookings, long stays, and special packages.
- Prepare and send offers, contracts, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships.
- Support occupancy and revenue growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Assist in developing promotions, seasonal offers, and sales campaigns.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media platforms through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots and promotional materials.
- Support online advertising, influencer collaborations, and email marketing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Work closely with Front Office and Management teams.
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of previous sales and marketing experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Familiarity with OTAs and group sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Ability to handle situations professionally and find quick solutions.
- Ability to travel within Armenia when needed.
- Good command of Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
