Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service and sales support to clients
Consult customers on Telecom Armenia products and services
Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently
Process service activations, modifications, and sales transactions
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Meet individual and team sales and service targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Requirements

Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset
Ability to work under pressure and with targets
Basic computer and system usage skills
Knowledge of telecom products is a plus
