Business Development Manager

Overview
Gazer is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop partnerships and international sales channels in the automotive electronics and safety technology market. The role focuses on finding and managing distributors, retailers, car dealerships, online marketplaces, service centers, and corporate clients, while supporting market expansion and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop cooperation with key partners in automotive electronics.
- Build relationships with distributors, retailers, car dealerships, online marketplaces, service centers, and corporate clients.
- Search for new partners and open promotion channels in international markets.
- Work with cold contacts and create new partnership opportunities.
- Maintain and regularly update the partner and client database.
- Ensure contact information and interaction history are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct negotiations with potential partners.
- Launch joint projects, activations, and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze the market and competitive environment.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and international expansion.
- Collect and organize feedback from partners and clients.
- Support product and service improvements based on partner feedback.
- Prepare reports and analytics to evaluate business initiatives.
- Support data-based decision-making for business development activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
- English, Spanish, or French at B2+ to C1 level for communication with international partners.
- Experience in the automotive industry or electronics industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with partners.
- Readiness to work with cold leads and cold calls.
- Strong PC skills, especially Google Docs, Google Sheets, and related Google tools.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Independence, initiative, and result-oriented mindset.
- Readiness to work according to ET / US schedule is a plus.
