Libertex Group /CRM System Administrator
Overview
Libertex Group is looking for a CRM System Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize CRM systems supporting Customer Support operations. The role focuses on CRM administration, workflows, user permissions, chatbot and virtual assistant processes, reporting, dashboards, integrations, and data quality. This position is suitable for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can improve CRM processes, support internal users, and help teams make better operational decisions through reliable systems and insights.
Responsibilities
- - Manage and optimize CRM system settings, workflows, permissions, profiles, and custom objects.
- - Support Customer Support operations by improving CRM processes and system usability.
- - Create and manage workflow rules, data validation, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
- - Configure and support chatbot, virtual assistant, and customer communication workflows.
- - Analyze CRM and support team data to identify operational insights and productivity improvements.
- - Gather business requirements from internal teams and implement CRM solutions.
- - Coordinate integrations with third-party applications, plugins, APIs, and tools.
- - Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, user adoption, training, and documentation.
- - Maintain CRM data accuracy and resolve data anomalies.
- - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve CRM efficiency and user experience.
Requirements
- - Strong experience in CRM administration, including permissions, workflows, custom architecture, and system optimization.
- - Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar systems.
- - Understanding of Customer Support operations, goals, and workflows.
- - Ability to create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- - Experience with workflow automation, data validation, and approval processes.
- - Knowledge of virtual phone systems, AI tools, chatbots, APIs, integrations, and third-party platforms.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Ability to troubleshoot issues, support users, create documentation, and provide training.
- - Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- - English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- - Degree in IT, Business Analysis, or a related field is a plus.
