Overview

Responsibilities

• Drive 2–3 active projects from start to finish.
• Define project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and execution plans.
• Translate business requirements for technical teams and explain technical details to business stakeholders.
• Estimate development efforts together with the team.
• Participate in customer calls and provide project updates.
• Organize and maintain project boards.
• Document timelines, user stories, developer tasks, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate development teams, including QA and designers.
• Test the system before releases.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and address them proactively.
• Take full ownership of project delivery.
• Help onboard newcomers and mentor Junior Project Managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application development.
• Experience managing projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Manual testing experience or strong understanding of QA processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
