1840 & Company is hiring a Technical Support Representative to provide remote software troubleshooting and support for a company using the ServiceTitan platform. The role focuses on resolving software and system-related issues, helping users navigate workflows, and maintaining strong customer support in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for software or system issues, troubleshoot platform errors and configuration problems, assist users with navigation and workflows, support onboarding and implementation of new users, document issues in the ticketing system, escalate complex problems when needed, and collaborate with internal teams to solve recurring technical challenges.
Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or software support roles, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, experience supporting SaaS or business software, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, ability to handle multiple support requests, and proficiency with the ServiceTitan platform.
