Binance is looking for a Customer Service Agent - Merchant Team to support customers and merchants through chats, emails, and calls. This role focuses on handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases when needed, following quality assurance standards, and supporting smooth customer service operations in a remote, shift-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer and merchant inquiries through chats, emails, and calls.
- Provide accurate information and help resolve customer problems or issues.
- Support frontline customer service operations for merchant and P2P-related cases.
- Escalate complex issues to team leaders, managers, or relevant departments when required.
- Follow quality assurance standards and internal customer support procedures.
- Comply with the work schedule set by the team leader.
- Assist with additional customer support processes when assigned.
- Maintain a strong team-working attitude across the support team and other departments.
- Stay updated with relevant information to support customer service operations.
- Provide professional, clear, and timely communication to customers.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in frontline customer support, preferably in the financial or service industry.
- Experience supporting customers through live chat is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems while delivering a strong customer experience.
- Adaptable and resilient mindset in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Fast and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge or interest in blockchain, digital assets, fintech, or Binance P2P is an advantage.
- Native or professional-level language skills are required; exact language combination depends on the selected location.
- English communication skills are preferred for international coordination.
