As a Customer Service Agent – Airport Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer assistance at the airport, ensuring smooth passenger handling in line with company standards, safety regulations, and service excellence principles.

Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service to passengers at the airport
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, transfers, and arrivals
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery cases
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and SOP requirements
Coordinate with internal airport teams and relevant departments
Maintain accurate passenger and operational records
Support on-time performance and service quality targets

Requirements

Experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based airport environment
Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
