Dispute Analyst - P2P

Overview
Binance is looking for a Dispute Analyst - P2P to support customer experience and marketplace safety across its P2P operations. The role focuses on professionally arbitrating customer disputes, investigating trading activity, preventing fraudulent behavior, identifying service and product improvement opportunities, and acting as the voice of the customer across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Arbitrate customer disputes in the P2P marketplace professionally and fairly.
- Investigate trading activity and take appropriate actions to keep the marketplace safe.
- Help prevent fraudulent activity within P2P operations.
- Support customer service processes aligned with business goals and service quality standards.
- Use customer insights and root cause analysis to identify product and process improvements.
- Present feedback and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and peers.
- Act as the voice of the customer across the organization.
- Support feedback, coaching, and development processes when needed.
- Ensure customer and complainant surveys are carried out continuously.
- Share learnings from complaints across internal teams, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
- Strong IT skills for professional use.
- Ability to handle somewhat technical customer queries.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
- Experience as a Binance P2P user is highly preferred.
