DoiT /Sales Development Representative - DoiT Cloud Intelligence
Overview
DoiT is hiring a Sales Development Representative for its DoiT Cloud Intelligence sales team. The role is fully remote in EMEA and focuses on outbound lead generation, booking qualified demos, building pipeline, working closely with Account Executives, and communicating DoiT’s cloud intelligence value proposition to technical buyers. The role is available as full-time employment in selected Western European countries or as a contractor role in Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Set meetings through outbound prospecting using automated and manually driven campaigns.
- Achieve daily and monthly pipeline targets.
- Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, and feedback loops.
- Identify and reach decision-makers.
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
- Own the outbound process from account research to booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies with leadership.
- Support regional GTM and marketing activities across digital and onsite formats.
- Communicate DoiT Cloud Intelligence value propositions to technical buyers.
- Stay updated on DoiT’s latest products and services.
- Some travel may be required.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of SDR or BDR experience in cloud.
- Experience selling to technical decision-makers such as CTOs, VP Engineering, or Heads of DevOps.
- Proven experience selling B2B SaaS or cloud products and services.
- Track record of achieving results in outbound lead generation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tools, and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient sales mindset.
- High autonomy, strong organization, and ability to manage the sales process effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Additional languages such as Swedish, German, or Dutch are a plus.
