Remote /Lifecycle Specialist
Overview
Remote is hiring a Lifecycle Specialist, Time and Attendance for the EMEA region. This is a fully remote role within the EOR Operations team, focused on managing Time & Attendance activities for Remote’s external employees and clients. The position involves leave management, working hours matters, employment compliance, documentation, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, automation, and ensuring a strong employee experience. This posting is part of Remote’s future openings pipeline, not an immediately active job opening.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an expert on Time & Attendance matters.
- Support Senior Specialists and Experts on complex projects.
- Manage employee lifecycle leave and working hours cases, including family leave, sick leave, time tracking, public holidays, and working time.
- Advise clients and employees on employment legislation, employment agreements, and labor law matters.
- Coordinate with payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and other internal or external stakeholders.
- Support HR and financial audits to ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Develop and update internal Time & Attendance documentation based on legislative changes.
- Respond to internal and external employment-related inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, product development, and better employee experience.
- Manage confidential employee data safely and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
- Strong HR support experience across employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced written and spoken business English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interest in process optimization, automation, and operational best practices.
- Strong documentation habits and attention to data integrity.
- Tech-savvy, with experience working asynchronously across digital tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international remote environment.
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and G Suite.
- Foundational understanding of AI applications in operations and automation.
