Overview

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Microsoft 365 solutions for clients
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Advise clients on best practices and security configurations
Migrate users and data to Microsoft 365 environments
Collaborate with internal teams on project delivery
Provide documentation, training, and user support
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies
Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-facing communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience in IT consulting or managed services is a plus
Relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage
