Prop Firm Match /Head of Graphic Design
Overview
Prop Firm Match Global – FZCO is looking for a Head of Graphic Design to own and strengthen the company’s visual identity across product, marketing, growth, and communication channels. This role focuses on building a consistent, trusted, and conversion-driven brand presence, creating scalable visual systems, improving creative workflows, and leading high-impact design execution across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end visual direction of the brand across marketing, product, growth, and leadership communications.
- Audit current brand visuals across product, marketing, and social channels.
- Identify inconsistencies that affect brand trust, clarity, and conversion.
- Refine and implement a unified visual direction across all platforms.
- Build and maintain centralized brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Standardize templates for marketing, social media, presentations, and campaigns.
- Develop visuals for campaigns, partnerships, product launches, and promotional materials.
- Support creative testing and experimentation with the Growth team.
- Improve production speed, visual consistency, and asset quality.
- Hire, mentor, and manage graphic designers or freelancers when needed.
- Act as a strategic visual partner to Marketing, Product, Growth, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, including senior or lead role experience.
- Strong portfolio showing brand, marketing, and digital design impact.
- Experience building and maintaining brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
- Strong understanding of marketing design, digital platforms, and conversion-focused visuals.
- Ability to translate business goals into clear, high-impact visual execution.
- Experience designing assets for social media, campaigns, product communication, and presentations.
- Strong knowledge of modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality creative standards.
- Leadership experience with designers, freelancers, or creative production workflows is preferred.
