Glovo /Account Manager
Overview
Glovo is looking for an Account Manager in Armenia to build, manage, and grow long-term relationships with top restaurant partners. The role focuses on acting as a trusted consultant for partners, using data-driven insights to improve business performance, supporting partner onboarding, and driving revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
- Communicate proactively and consistently with partners.
- Understand partners’ business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze data to improve operational excellence, growth, and profitability.
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization.
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance and measurable growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
- Develop customized solutions to meet partner needs.
- Own the partner onboarding process in the Glovo app.
- Support store setup and partners’ first days on the platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or business consultancy.
- Experience in FMCG, food hospitality, or on-demand delivery is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven ability to pursue ambitious goals and exceed KPIs.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work on both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Good knowledge of Google Suite.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Native-level Armenian and Russian are required.
- English proficiency is required.
