Overview
Commit / Comm-IT is looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to join its team in a dynamic multi-project environment. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing product aspects throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements, defining the product vision, working closely with engineering teams, and ensuring that products address user needs while maintaining technical integrity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage product aspects throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and product requirements.
- Define product vision and align it with business and technical goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver successful products.
- Define development priorities together with the development team.
- Create user stories and support release planning.
- Prepare requirement documents based on business needs.
- Ensure products effectively address user needs.
- Maintain technical integrity and product quality.
- Work in a dynamic multi-project environment.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Support product planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software product management experience.
- Experience working in Agile teams as a Product Owner.
- Experience creating requirement documents based on business needs.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong business orientation.
- Experience with enterprise applications.
- Experience in web and mobile fields.
- Experience creating requirements for backend systems.
- Independent, fast learner, and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- BSc in Computer Science is preferred.
